You can use free public transportation - buses and trams inside the city.It does not matter at what time the card is activated (e.g. if the card is to be active from 01/01, it means that you can use it from midnight on 01/01/2/01, until midnight on 03/01).The card is activated when the physical card is picked up, after it is signed by the user and the start date is completed.
