- The two circular routes can only be taken once each (one for ascending and one for descending)
- The ticket will become invalid after redemption, please plan your trip accordingly.

- If there are any issues with the ticket and you need to communicate with counter staff, be sure to record the staff member's ID number and name, or request a written statement with their signature.
- Failure to attend the trip on time will be considered as automatic forfeiture with no refund
- Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe railway may adjust/close due to force majeure factors such as weather or road conditions without additional compensation
- Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen all have luggage storage lockers available, with a reference price of CHF7 per item.
- When getting off for sightseeing, please check the train schedule to avoid missing the last train
- We recommend redeeming your ticket with a free map for convenient trip planning.
- Peak Season Travel Notice: Waiting time may reach 2-3 hours, so advance planning is recommended. To manage visitor numbers and ensure a quality experience, reservations are required from May 1 to August 31. During other periods, temporary controls may be implemented based on daily visitor flow, which could result in on-site reservation fees or the need to wait in line for descent (wait times may vary). Please be advised.
