We wish for you to have a memorable Christmas Wonderland experience. To avoid any pitfalls, please read all the terms & conditions below for this event before you arrive at the venue:

1. If you intend to show your e-ticket(s) on your phone / electronic device, please make sure that you have downloaded a copy prior to arrival at the gate for a speedier process.

2. Although not essential, you may choose to print your e-ticket(s) in its original form and have it ready prior to entry for a more seamless process at the gates. 

3. Please ensure that the entire group is present at the point of entry. No re-entry is permitted.

4. Please adjust your mobile phone screen’s brightness to the highest for smooth and easy scanning of your e-ticket.

5. Christmas Wonderland is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds or change of alternative dates for weather reasons.

6. Visitors are advised to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before their scheduled session.

7. Visitors consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded as members of the event audience, and consent to the use of any such film, image or recording for future advertising and promotional purposes without prior permission.

8. Parking is limited at Gardens by the Bay. Visitors are strongly encouraged to take public transport.
