Reviews: Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation Day Tour from Cairns

Had a great day out. Adrian H was very interesting. The tea scone and jam at our first rainforest stop was excellent. The crocodile cruise was good fun. We did see 3 crocs but probably would not have seen them without the knowledge of our cruise guide. All our stops were interesting and different. Great lunch too with special heart ballons for valentine’s day. Cape Tribulation beach was stunning but disappointing as too many hazards to be relaxing! As in the animal that could appear. The ice cream was good too.

Our guide was Andrew. He prepared an amazing tour for us and showed us the beauty of Daintree. We took a river cruise on Daintree river and saw some crocodiles sunbathing. We enjoyed a peaceful lunch and a refreshing swim in a Emmagen creek. We saw a lot of pure nature, that left us in awe. The ice cream from tropic fruits at the end of the tour was really delicious. The Cape Tribulation Beach was really wide and worth seeing. Sending love from Slovenia.

Jeremy first took us to Port Douglas, where we could take photos from a lookout and he told us stories about the place. Then we drove up to Mosman gorge where we has breakfast scones and coffee. We could not swim, because of too much rain, but the rainforest compensated for that. Then we went up to the Daintree Tee house to have lunch (in my opinion the food was not so good, but it is included in the price). After that we went to the crocodile tour, where we saw many small hatchlings and 3 big crocks who live in the river (one of them while swimming which was cool). After that we went to Cape tribulation where we took a short stoll on the beach and saw crabs. On our way back to Cairns we stopped to get special ice cream in Cow Bay , from a woman (80+ yrs old) who has been in business for quite a while. She is also a very talented artist. I recommend the tour it was a good experience. Our van was a new mercedes van with phone chargers and A/C.

Great tour with an exhaustive coverage of all main spots to visit at Daintree rainforest. Our guide, Tomi, was knowledgeable and spoke english, Spanish, Portoguese and Italian. The only minor negative is that we only saw a small croc during the boat trip at Cape Trib. That said, the tour is highly recommended
