<h2><strong>1. Ghent</strong></h2><p>Belgian municipality, capital of the province of East Flanders. Located at the confluence of the Scheldt and Les rivers, it consists of the city of Ghent and some surrounding towns. It is the central city of Flanders. Also known as the "Flower City", the world-famous flower show is held every five years.</p><p></p><p><br></p><p>Main Attractions:</p><h2><strong>(1) Ghent Bell Tower</strong></h2><p>The tallest building in the center of Ghent, 91 meters high, is the work of the architect Tekende. The four angular corner towers on the top of the building are combined to form the top of the tower and the slate spire above. The flagpole on the spire has a replica of the 14th century rotating copper dragon.</p><p></p><p><br></p><h2><strong>(2) Saint-Michel Bridge</strong></h2><p>Located on the Leie River in the center of Ghent, it has one of Belgium's typical landscapes nearby. Graslei, a riverside promenade loved by locals, is here.</p><p></p><p><br></p><h2><strong>(3) Earl's Castle</strong></h2><p>It was built in 1180. Because the castle builder, the Count of Flanders, participated in the Second Crusade, the castle was built in the style of a Crusader castle. It is now a castle museum. In appearance and style, the Earl's Castle is very similar to the ancient castles in the British Isles. It is solemn, tall and very medieval.</p><p></p><p><br></p><h2><strong>2. Bruges</strong></h2><p>Located in northwest Belgium, it is a tourist town famous for its medieval style and is known as the "Venice of Belgium". Because of the city's canal system, it had a glorious history in European history. By the 19th century, it became famous around the world as a tourist attraction for the British and French. The city's architectural style still mainly retains the medieval Gothic style, forming an architectural style called Brugeoise. It was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage in 2000.</p><p>Main Attractions:</p><h2><strong>(1) Bruges Belfry</strong></h2><p>Built between the 13th and 15th centuries, it is a world cultural heritage. The tower is the symbol of Bruges, it symbolizes freedom and power.</p><p></p><p><br></p><h2><strong>(2) Church of Our Lady of Bruges</strong></h2><p>Constructed of red bricks, it is the tallest brick church on the European continent. Inside the church, the most proud thing for the locals is Michelangelo's statue of the Madonna and Child.</p><p></p><p><br></p><h2><br></h2><h2><strong>(2) Bruges City Hall</strong></h2><p>Built in the 13th-14th centuries, it is one of the oldest town halls in Belgium. This cream-yellow Gothic building is generous, with exquisite interior and exterior decorations, showing Bruges's former glory - the richest and most prosperous city in Europe. Among them, the flame-like decorative art is very exquisite, and the sculptures on the front of the building are biblical stories.</p><p></p>
