Change and cancellation policy
[Buyer's Breach] If the booking is canceled by the buyer after it takes effect, the following fee deduction standards apply:
Cancellation Penalty (as a percentage of total booking fee): More than 5 days before departure - 5%; 1-4 days before departure - 100%; On the day of departure - 100%
[Supplier Breach] If the supplier cancels the booking after it takes effect due to their own reasons, in addition to providing a full refund, the supplier must also pay the buyer a penalty fee according to the corresponding amount in the table below:
Cancellation Penalty (as a percentage of total booking fee): More than 5 days before departure - 5%; 1-4 days before departure - 100%; On the day of departure - 100%
Cancellation policy details:
1. The validity of the booking shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the platform rules.
2. The term "day" mentioned in the above table refers to calendar days and is based on the local time where the product/service is located.
3. If the booking is canceled due to objective events or force majeure that the supplier could not avoid despite reasonable efforts, it shall not be considered the supplier's fault. The same applies to buyers.
