Age Instructions

●Package excluding flights:

Adult price for ages 15 and above, child price for ages 4–14. Please note when booking for infants under 4 years old (free of charge). Infants do not have separate seats and must be held by an adult.

●Package including flights:

Minimum booking for 2 adults. Adult price applies to ages 14 and above, child price for ages 3–13. Infants cannot participate.

●Package including introductory scuba diving and certified scuba diving:

Only available for booking by visitors aged 12 and above. Same price for all visitors.

●All Packages:

If you fail to carefully read the age requirements for underwater activities displayed on the page before booking and discover on the day of the trip that you do not meet the age criteria for participation, no refund will be issued.

Round-trip solutions for different locations

●All packages on this page are for the same round-trip location. If you need different departure and return locations, please check the alternative round-trip options below and follow the relevant procedures.

1. Outbound by boat, return by flight

Departing from Hamilton Island, returning to Airlie Beach: The rest of the itinerary process is the same as other pages. After the afternoon flight takes you back to Hamilton Island, proceed to the Cruise Whitsunday ferry company counter at the island's pier to purchase your ferry ticket to Airlie Beach (during peak season, it's recommended to buy tickets in advance on the official website. The ferry allows free luggage, with the number of pieces permitted subject to the official website/counter regulations).

B Departing from Airlie Beach, returning to Hamilton Island: In the morning, check in your luggage at the Cruise Whitsunday counter at the Airlie Beach cruise terminal. Your luggage will be delivered to the Hamilton Island pier in the afternoon, and you can collect it after the 1-day tour. After retrieving your luggage, you will need to return to your hotel on your own (some hotels offer complimentary round-trip shuttle service to/from the pier—please inquire at the hotel front desk for details. This service is provided by the hotel and is not related to this tour itinerary).

Outbound by flight, return by boat

Departing from Hamilton Island, returning to Airlie Beach: In the morning, independently check in your luggage at the Cruise Whitsunday counter at Hamilton Island Marina and purchase your own ferry ticket to Airlie Beach for the afternoon (it is recommended to book in advance on the official website during peak season; the ferry allows free luggage with quantity restrictions as per the official website/counter). In the afternoon, after the cruise returns from Hardy Reef to Hamilton Island Marina, collect your luggage from the counter and take the ferry to Airlie Beach.

B Departing from Airlie Beach, returning to Hamilton Island: In the morning, check in your luggage at your own expense at the Cruise Whitsunday counter at the Airlie Beach cruise terminal. Your luggage will be delivered to the Hamilton Island pier in the afternoon, and you can collect it after the 1-day tour.

* All visitors making round-trip journeys from different locations should plan ahead for luggage check-in and storage services.

* For checked baggage, the fee is approximately AUD 25 per piece. For ferry services, the cost is around AUD 67.5 per person. Please refer to the official website or counter for exact details. Payment is required on-site (credit card/cash).

* For itineraries involving cruises + flights, since the flights and cruises are operated by separate companies, arrangements are relatively complex. The above situations are subject to change, with final interpretation determined by the cruise/flight companies.
