How to use

※Validity period: Valid for 90 days after the booking date.
 
Once the reservation is successful, the platform will send a confirmation message to the email address you provided. Please present the verification code or QR code received in the email, along with the passport of the person who made the reservation, at the designated station ticket machine to exchange for a physical ticket. After successfully exchanging for a physical ticket, you can directly use it at the corresponding automatic ticket gate.

Use your smartphone to access the "WEST QR Dedicated Website" to display the QR code.
 
Simply bring the displayed QR code close to the automatic gate and scan it to pass through.

[Preparation beforehand]
 
1. Collect the "WEST QR Ticket Voucher (Receipt)".
 
2. Access the "WEST QR Dedicated Website" via the link on the "WEST QR Ticket Card".
 
3. Enter a valid email address, a custom password, and your country/region to complete account creation.
 
4. After logging into the "WEST QR Dedicated Website", a pop-up window will appear asking whether you want to bind your ticket. Please select the operation you wish to perform.
 
※You can also bind the serial number by entering it on the "WEST QR Dedicated Website".
 
5. "HARUKA" reserved seats can be selected on the "WEST QR dedicated website" and can be reserved from 30 days in advance to 3 minutes before the train's departure on the day of travel.
 
Note: "HARUKA" reserved seats cannot be reserved at station ticket machines or windows; you can only choose seats from the "WEST QR reserved seats". If the reserved seats are full, you can choose unreserved seats or "WEST QR reserved seats" on other trains.
 
[Steps for use on the day]
 
1. Visit the "WEST QR Dedicated Website" and log in using your registered account.
 
2. Select the ticket you need from the ticket list.
 
3. On the ticket details page, click the "Start Using" button to submit a ticket activation request.
 
4. The ticket details page will display a QR code. Align the QR code with the red QR code scanner on the automatic gate to pass through.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of expiration date.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 23:59 on the day of expiration date.
This product cannot be canceled after ticket activation, or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
