Chiang Rai Mae Khachan Hot Spring is a natural hot spring. According to the elders of Pong Nam Ron village, in the past there was no village here, only a primeval forest known as Pong Din. Animals of all sizes would frequently come down to lick salt. The hot spring area also served as a passageway for merchants traveling between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Using oxen and horses as transportation along the mountainside, it was considered an overnight stop due to its spacious courtyard, convenient location, and natural hot springs.

The highlight of Wat Rong Khun - White Temple in Chiang Rai is its white floor decorations in the chapel. Adorned with captivating glasswork, it appears beautiful and extraordinary. The stucco features Thai-style patterns. Particularly striking are the Buddha images behind the main statue and on the northern side, decorated with mythical half-elephant, half-bird creatures. The interior chapel murals, painted by Ajarn Chalermchai Kositpipat himself, look exceptionally stunning.

Blue Temple Chiang Rai This property has been renovated. It's the creative work of Ajarn Nok (Mr. Phutta Kapkaew), also known as Sala Nok, a local Chiang Rai artist and villagers from Rong Suea Ten. The temple hall was constructed to house contemporary Buddhist art that embodies the Buddha's teachings. The temple walls, painted in deep blue and blue tones, create a calming and cool atmosphere, contrasting with the intricate wall patterns in white and gold. Its unusual colors seem to flow like a river, making it stand out from other temples. This concept encourages Buddhists to return to the temple to study the Buddha's teachings for application in their daily lives.

Chiang Rai Golden Triangle is the border area between Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar, located at the confluence of the Ruak and Mekong Rivers. The term "Golden Triangle" was coined by the CIA to describe the overlapping region of these three countries.
