I could ask questions directly in the group chat and someone always answered, making me feel very reassured and cared for. Today, on our boat trip, we met an experienced captain who accurately predicted dolphin sightings. Dolphins appeared near the boat six times in a row, with a large group leaping out of the water right next to us! Seeing dolphins is so exciting; we screamed along with them. The beauty of the dolphins and the sunrise truly made it all worthwhile!★

A day trip to Nusa Penida was an incredible experience! I highly recommend booking both the East and West routes simultaneously to make the most of your day – it's definitely worth it. Each side has its unique highlights, so combining them gives you a more comprehensive understanding of the island's beauty. Kelingking Beach is absolutely mesmerizing – its cliff views are even more captivating in real life and are a must-see for any visitor to Nusa Penida. The customer service was excellent, and the driver/guide helped take photos throughout the trip, providing great emotional value!★

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
