Blue Mountain attraction notice

The blue cable car will be temporarily closed from October 13, 2025, and will reopen on October 18 to complete necessary maintenance work requiring Swiss technicians. The red cable car will be closed from October 20 for its 6-year routine maintenance and will reopen on November 15. During maintenance, the team will operate as usual, just without one of the cable car sections. Please note that refunds or compensation will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

Itinerary reference (English-speaking tour)

● Around 07:00, air-conditioned shuttle service will pick up guests from designated hotels in Sydney CBD. Please refer to the "Instructions" for the list of pickup hotels (exact pickup time and location will be confirmed by notification).

●07:45–8:10 First stop at Glenbrook, Blue Mountains. Enjoy a coffee and take a short break to prepare for an exciting journey.

●09:00 AM – 9:20 AM Explore Elysian Rock Viewing Platform – A photography hotspot to enjoy magnificent mountain views and peaceful moments

●09:25 – 10:00 Visit Echo Point Lookout (Three Sisters), admire the spectacular Three Sisters rock formation, listen to Aboriginal legends, and overlook Jamison Valley.

●10:00 – 11:30 Enjoy the amazing experience of the Blue Mountains Three Cable Cars: Ride the world's steepest Scenic Railway, take in the stunning Blue Mountains scenery on the Scenic Skyway, and cross the top of the ancient rainforest on the Scenic Cableway.

●11:35 AM – 12:00 PM Katoomba Cascades Waterfalls stroll, stepping across stream rocks to experience the refreshing waterfalls

●12:05 PM – 12:25 PM Cahill's Lookout Enjoy panoramic views of Megalong Valley at this secluded spot away from the crowds

●1:00 PM – 1:45 PM Fairytale Leura Town Enjoy free time, browse boutiques, and savor local delicacies

●14:45 – 16:15 Sydney Zoo Get up close with adorable animals like kangaroos, koalas, and wombats, and receive a free digital photo with a koala.

●16:35 – 17:30 Cruise across Sydney Harbor, sailing beneath the Harbour Bridge. At the end of the journey, you'll take the famous Sydney Harbor ferry back, concluding at Circular Quay before returning to your hotel on your own.

Age policy (English-speaking group)

●Adult price for ages 16 and above, child price for ages 3–15. Children under 3 occupying a seat will be charged at child price.

● Infants under 3 years old can travel for free if they do not occupy a seat, but you must contact customer support to note this when placing your order. Otherwise, the vehicle may be overloaded, and the attraction has the right to refuse boarding without offering a refund.

●Upon successful confirmation, the confirmation notice will be sent to your email. Present this electronic confirmation on the travel day to join the tour. Note: The departure time may be slightly adjusted. If adjusted, we will notify you by phone/email before 6:00 PM the day before departure. Please ensure to check your email/keep your phone accessible.

● Pickup is available from 1 of 7 designated hotels listed below. Other hotels are not eligible for pickup (solo travelers or travelers who booked the day before may need to go to the specified meeting point, subject to notification).

●Weather and special circumstances policy: If sightseeing is restricted due to weather or other force majeure factors, or if some/all of the Blue Mountains (Scenic World) amusement rides cannot be experienced due to passenger flow, equipment maintenance, or other reasons, the company will not provide any refunds.

●Baggage restrictions: Due to limited space in the vehicle, only small carry-on backpacks are allowed.
