• Automatically switch to a Singapore IP when using non-mainland China apps
[TikTok compatibility note]

- Android: TikTok app is not currently supported, only the web version is available
Notes:
• The service provider has enhanced compatibility with TikTok, but cannot guarantee that TikTok will work properly on all mobile devices. Refund requests due to device incompatibility with TikTok will not be accepted.
• iOS users experiencing TikTok app login issues: Please first update your iOS system to the latest version, uninstall and reinstall the TikTok app. If the issue persists, you can access the TikTok web version via your mobile browser and log in to your account. After successful login, you can switch back to the app.
• Service providers may stop supporting TikTok at any time without prior notice.

■ After arriving in the coverage area of the plan, please enable "data roaming" for the eSIM to use the network normally.
■ Troubleshooting tips
If you cannot access the internet, please check:
1. eSIM has been set as the default mobile data card
2. Turn on "data roaming"
3. Turn on airplane mode
4. Manual carrier switching
5. Manual APN setup
■ Supports multiple installations
On the same device, an eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled after installation, with support for up to 10 times.
An eSIM can be reinstalled within the validity period of the QR code (for unactivated eSIMs) or within the validity period of the plan (for activated eSIMs). It can no longer be installed after the validity period expires.
■ Network coverage
The actual signal strength, network speed, and 4G/5G service display may vary depending on factors such as location, local carrier network coverage, device compatibility, as well as environmental conditions like terrain, building obstructions, and weather.
■ Disable roaming for your domestic SIM card
Before using eSIM, be sure to disable data roaming for your domestic SIM card to avoid using its mobile network and incurring high international roaming fees. You will be responsible for all related costs, and no additional compensation will be provided, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase costs, transportation expenses, etc.
■ Comply with the fair usage policy (FUP)
To ensure network quality and comply with the fair usage policy (FUP), the operator may monitor users who excessively consume data within a short period, which may result in connection interruption or reduced network speed.
To maintain stable connection quality, it is recommended to avoid data-intensive activities such as watching or downloading long videos, performing software updates, or using network sharing (hotspot) features.
