• This is an open ticket,Please make sure to book your reservation in advance through the official Volando Urai online booking system.
• View hot spring room capacity: 2 guests per room
• View hot spring bath time:

- Peak season (Jan 1–Mar 31/Oct 1–Dec 31): 60-minute hot spring experience available on weekdays, weekends, and consecutive holidays

- Off-peak season (Apr–Sep each year):The hot spring soaking time is 90 min.

• Weekdays: Monday–Friday; Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• validty period 10:00–23:00 (last entry at 21:30 in off-peak season and 22:00 in peak season). No extensions will be granted for late arrivals.
• Wednesday: Closed

Hot Spring Bathing

• The large bathhouse ticket cannot be reserved in advance. Please enter in order on-site. To avoid long waits, we recommend visiting on weekdays.
• Soaking time: Single entry to the Volando Urai Spring Spa & Resort's large bathhouse (nude bathing - entry time limit is4 HoursThu–Tue: 10:00–23:00 (last entry 22:00), Wed: Closed
• Weekdays: Monday–Friday; Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• Available facilities: Open-air hot spring, personal lockers, indoor cold/hot water pools, men's/women's lounge areas, dressing area, sauna/steam room
• The large bathhouse is a mixed-gender nude bathing facility,Children under 12 years old are not permitted..
