Eligibility

Adult: Age 16+

Child: Age 4 to 15

Infant: Age Under 3

2-hour, 2.5-hour, and 3-hour whale watching cruises: Child price applies to ages 4–15, infants aged 0–3 are free. 4-hour whale watching cruise: Child price applies to ages 5–14 (inclusive), infant price applies to ages 4 and under. Black Boat and Gray Boat require passengers to be at least 12 years old, with children paying the same price as adults. White Boat requires passengers to be at least 6 years old, with children paying the same price as adults.

How to use

After booking, the confirmation will be sent to your email. On the day of participation, please arrive at the pier 30 minutes in advance to exchange for your boat ticket at the ticket office or board directly at the pier using the confirmation number on the confirmation. You must present your boat ticket when boarding or disembarking.

Please proceed to the corresponding terminal based on your selected cruise, as confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Due to the sea voyage, guests prone to seasickness should take motion sickness medication the night before or the morning of the trip as advised by their doctor.
