The tour guide and driver were very satisfied with the service. They answered any questions patiently, drove steadily, and picked us up on time. The itinerary was also quite reasonable. I really like Victoria and will recommend it to my friends.

The explanation was subpar, and I hope the tour guide's knowledge base improves. Furthermore, the Ctrip itinerary stated that gratuities were included, but there was no mention of additional expenses. However, everyone in the group was required to pay 15 Canadian dollars that day, and since the tour guide was very nice, we paid for it. However, the itinerary wasn't accurate.
