Yes, the helicopter tour is highly recommended. The scenery is beautiful, many of the crew members speak Chinese, and the lunch is also good.

How can you come to Cairns and not see the magnificent Great Barrier Reef? A helicopter tour is a must; the aerial view of the entire reef is absolutely amazing, the scenery is stunning, although the helicopter can be a bit noisy.

The underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef is absolutely amazing! I went snorkeling and saw all sorts of corals, fish, and turtles—it was breathtaking! It felt like being on another planet!

I enjoyed the excursion. Everything was well organized, and the crew was attentive. It's an hour's drive to the site, 1.5-2 hours snorkeling, and an hour back. The boat is small and fast. They provide masks, fins, and a swimsuit to protect against jellyfish.


