The pick-up & drop-off area covers hotels in the Airlie Beach city area. For some hotels where parking is not available at the entrance or for accommodations like B&Bs, hotels, and apartments outside the pick-up & drop-off area, a nearby boarding point will be arranged.
Usage Instructions:
1. For guests who have chosen the transfer service, please gather at the designated location indicated on the confirmation sheet 5-10 minutes in advance. Wait for the bus marked with "Ocean Rafting" or the corresponding signage. Present your confirmation sheet for verification before boarding to participate in the activity.
2. Please note that the driver will not call you proactively, so please be on time. If you are late due to personal reasons and miss the activity, it will be considered as voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be processed.
3. Please note that the pick-up time and location may change. Be sure to call to reconfirm the pick-up time and location at least 48 hrs in advance. (See the confirmation voucher for the contact number)

The following individuals are not recommended to participate in this itinerary: those with any neck or back discomfort, prior neck/back injuries or recent related surgeries, pregnancy, health conditions that may be aggravated by boat turbulence, current use of medication affecting consciousness, medical conditions like epilepsy/diabetes/heart disease, or inability to swim.
The staff will assess your swimming ability to determine if you can participate in the snorkeling experience. For your safety, the final decision rests with the staff. If you are unable to experience snorkeling, no refund will be issued.
