***No bookings accepted upon arrival at the base!! On-site purchases are more expensive, and to ensure fairness for walk-in customers, the attraction reserves the right to reject such bookings. Therefore, we will not provide any compensation. Thank you for your understanding! We recommend purchasing in advance - you may enter after confirmation. Even if you don't fly, you can cancel without penalty after verification with customer support for a full refund of the paragliding fee.

① How to check in for redemption: Go to the front desk and say "from Outlook booking", show the travel notification info, sign up to check in, queue for a number, and wait for your turn to fly.
2. About queuing: Making a booking does not mean you can skip the queue on-site. Flight arrangements are determined by sequence number and weight on the day, and we cannot guarantee takeoff after booking. Transportation costs to the base are at your own expense. Whether flying is possible depends on weather and wind conditions, as determined by on-site staff. You may also proactively contact the phone number, WeChat, WhatsApp, or customer support group provided in the travel info to inquire about on-site wind conditions in advance.
3. Regarding time and storage: Due to wind direction changes, paragliding duration may be shorter than expected. No additional refund or compensation will be provided for reduced activity time. Before takeoff, check if recording has started. After landing, ask the instructor to verify if the recording was successful and the duration in min. Copy the video on-site promptly as it will be deleted after transfer.
④ Weight requirements: Normally flights can accommodate up to 100 kg in good wind conditions, but only under 50 kg in poor conditions. Participants over 70 kg require on-site instructor evaluation.
⑤ Regarding disputes: For any product-related disputes with the paragliding company, please negotiate with the supplier on-site at the base and contact customer support immediately. Customer support will not bear any responsibility or provide compensation for complaints made after leaving the site!
⑥ Please note that an additional donation fee is required for the timbis base (20k per person, 5k per vehicle, subject to actual payment). Paragliding is not available at this attraction and no refund will be issued.
7. In case of inability to fly due to force majeure factors or personal reasons like fear, you may cancel on-site and apply for a mutually agreed refund after verification by customer support. The actual payment amount for your paragliding booking will be refunded within 1-2 working days without compensation. For rescheduled trips, no reimbursement will be provided for self-arranged transportation costs. The travel agency is not responsible for any losses caused by severe weather conditions, political unrest, or similar circumstances.
⑧ If adults and children need to fly together, the same price for all visitors applies. Two bookings are required, and flight arrangements should be coordinated with the base according to actual wind conditions.
