Itinerary Overview:

- Depart from the Gold Coast for a short drive through the Numinbah Valley, admiring towering cliffs and lush green countryside pastures, to reach the World Heritage-listed Springbrook National Park.

Explore the ancient Gondwana Rainforest and admire the Antarctic beech trees that grew over 3,000 years ago.

- Hike through the forest to the waterfall with a professional local guide and learn about the rainforest's unique flora and fauna.

From inside the cave, you can witness the unique and magical sight of water cascading down from the basalt cave ceiling formed over millions of years.

- Continue your journey to the Best of All Lookout, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the valley stretching from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay and Mount Warning.

Walk to this magnificent viewpoint, and you'll pass through one of the few remaining ancient Antarctic beech forests.

How to use:

1. After your booking is confirmed, a confirmation voucher will be sent. Please refer to the time stated on the confirmation voucher. On the activity day, arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before the scheduled time to meet the driver. Present your confirmation voucher to board. Note that the driver will not proactively call you. If you fail to join the tour due to lateness, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation with no refund. The vehicle will be marked with Southern Cross Tours.

2. *Please note that the pick-up location and time may differ from what you selected when booking. If roads are closed or access to the accommodation is difficult, guests may be required to meet at a nearby location. Therefore, please refer to the "Remarks" section on your confirmation for the exact meeting point and time.

Please make sure to call the supplier at least 24 hours before your trip to reconfirm your pick-up/drop-off details.

3. Due to unforeseen circumstances, pick-up service may sometimes be delayed by up to approx. 15 min. We will make every effort to contact you via the mobile number provided to inform you of the extended delay. If you obtain an Australian number after arrival, please contact us to update your phone number.

Notes:

1. What to wear? All itineraries include walking portions, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

2. What to bring? Our vehicles are equipped with limited sunscreen and insect repellent. Large bags, strollers, etc. cannot be brought on board. Key items to bring: phone/camera, water bottle, hat, and small change for optional activities and some meals.

3. If we deem the conditions unsafe or unfavorable for our guests, we may need to cancel and will notify you. Please disregard weather forecasts for areas like the Gold Coast on your phone. Depending on your trip, we can travel through up to 4 weather zones. We often encounter coastal rainfall, but this won't affect our inland access. Most of our tours operate in rainforest areas, so occasional rain is expected.

4. During the trip, we will provide snacks. Please inform us if you have any allergies, require vegetarian, gluten-free meals, or have other dietary requests.

5. Buses do not provide storage services for luggage/strollers/pushchairs.
