A huge shout-out to the driver on our Hengdaohezi day trip!
The perfect experience of our Hengdaohezi day trip was all thanks to the driver's attentive service! He arrived at the agreed-upon location 10 minutes early, the vehicle was brand new and clean, odor-free, and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable. His driving skills were superb; he drove smoothly and steadily through the town's streets and alleys, as well as the mountain roads, giving us complete peace of mind throughout the trip.
The driver wasn't just a driver, but also a professional tour guide and caring concierge! He knew the sights, history, and local customs of Hengdaohezi inside and out, vividly explaining the history of the Russian-style old streets and the unique features of the locomotive depot. He even shared hidden photo spots known only to locals, helping us avoid peak tourist times. The itinerary was incredibly flexible, completely respecting our pace. At popular photo spots like the Russian-style train station and railway crossing, he even proactively helped us take photos, patiently guiding us on poses, resulting in amazing pictures.
Along the way, the driver thoughtfully recommended a local specialty pancake shop; the taste was authentic and delicious, and there was absolutely no hard selling, making the trip incredibly pleasant. He was especially attentive to the elderly and children in our group, proactively helping with luggage and reminding them to watch their step. Such a warm, professional, and reliable driver is truly rare, making the entire journey a heartwarming experience!
Highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Hengdaohezi. Choosing this small group tour and meeting this wonderful driver was incredibly lucky; I'd definitely hire him again next time! 👍👍👍★

No-fuss pick-up and drop-off. You get to explore the waterfall for about 90 mins. As this is a group tour it is also subject to other participants being punctual for pick-up at hotel and departure from waterfall. We have had people who returned late and delayed us. The driver was patient and professional throughout and to his credit did wait for those latecomers but in the end when two persons didn’t return to the car he had to drive off after a protracted wait for them. Overall I nightly recommend this as a good value tour, cheaper than others I have found.★

The tour guide was patient and professional. He informed the group of specific details one day in advance. The explanation was lively and interesting, and he also told us what was worth seeing. He didn't just recite a script, but felt very alive. He was very attentive throughout the whole process. It was a perfect experience in the Forbidden City. I didn't expect the blind selected group to be so good. I will look for this team again if I have the chance. I look forward to meeting you again.
