Traveler notice:
1. Children who have reached one year of age must purchase a boat ticket.
2. Present the e-ticket boat ticket directly. Please display the booking confirmation QR code at least 30 minutes before departure to enter the gate. The gate will close 10 minutes before departure. You may be required to present your ID for verification when entering the gate.
3. All the above boat tickets must be redeemed at the same time.
4. The boat ticket is only valid for the specified date and departure time on the ticket. Passengers should pay attention to the boarding cutoff time at each pier. If passengers arrive at the gate after the cutoff time, their boat ticket will be canceled, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
5. One person can book multiple boat tickets, but must board at the same time. If boarding separately is needed, please book one ticket per person. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Currently, only pre-booked checked baggage service is accepted. Passengers who wish to check baggage must contact the TurboJET customer service department by phone or email by 4:00 p.m. the day before their flight departure to inquire and make a reservation. Checked baggage service is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Checked baggage service notice: Passengers must arrive at the pier 45 minutes to 30 minutes before departure to complete the baggage check-in procedures. Late arrivals will not be able to check in their baggage.
Checked baggage time slot: Hong Kong applies from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Macau applies from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
· Checked baggage is calculated per piece, and the relevant fee must be paid according to the TurboJET extra charge table.
· Checked baggage fees must be paid in cash. Passengers checking baggage in Macau must pay in HKD or MOP, while those checking baggage in Hong Kong must pay in HKD.
· Late arrivals will not be able to check in their baggage.
· Passengers must carry their valuables on board.
· Free carry-on baggage refers to baggage not exceeding 20 kg in weight and 56 × 36 × 23 cm in size.
7. This voucher serves only as a boat ticket confirmation voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, resold, or transferred.
8. Please keep the QR code safe.
9. All booking details are subject to the company's computerized ticketing system.
10. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of Cotai Water Jet passenger and baggage transportation.
