Passenger Notice:

1. Children must buy a Boat Ticket when they turn one year old.

2. Directly present the Boat Ticket E-ticket. Please show the booking confirmation QR code at least 30 minutes before sailing to enter the gate. The gate will be closed 10 minutes before sailing. You may be asked to show your identity document for verification when entering the gate.

3. All the above Boat Tickets must be redeemed at the same time.

4. The Boat Ticket is only valid for the date and flight specified on the voucher and will be invalid after the expiration date. Passengers should pay attention to the closing time of each terminal. If the passenger arrives at the gate later than the closing time, the passenger's Boat Ticket will be cancelled and the passenger will not receive any refund or compensation.

5. One person can book multiple Boat tickets, but they must board the ship at the same time. If you need to board the ship separately, please place an order for one person, one ticket. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Currently, only pre-booked checked baggage service is accepted. If passengers wish to check in their baggage, they must contact Cotai Water Jet Customer Service Department by phone or email at 4:00 pm on the day before the departure of the flight to make inquiries and make reservations. Checked baggage service is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Luggage check-in service information: Passengers must arrive at the terminal forty-five to thirty minutes before sailing to complete the relevant check-in procedures. Luggage check-in will not be available for those who arrive after the deadline.

Baggage check-in Timeslot: 08:30 to 21:00 in Hong Kong and 10:00 to 22:00 in Macau.

·Each piece of checked baggage is calculated separately and is subject to the relevant fees in accordance with Cotai Water Jet's fee schedule.

·Checked baggage fees must be paid in cash. Passengers who check in their luggage in Macau use Hong Kong dollars or Macau patacas to pay; those who check in their luggage in Hong Kong use Hong Kong dollars to pay.

·If you arrive later than the designated time, you will not be able to check in your luggage.

·Passengers must bring their own valuables on board.

·Free carry-on baggage refers to luggage weighing no more than 20KG and with a volume of no more than 56cm X 36cm X 23cm

7. This voucher is only a Boat Ticket voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be returned, resold or transferred.

8. Please keep the QR Code properly.

9. All ticket booking information is subject to our company's computer ticketing system.

10. All services are subject to Cotai Water Jet's Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage.
