


[Important Parachuting information]
Parachuting activity are greatly affected by the weather. Please refer to the following instructions carefully when booking.
1. If you choose your own timeslot, the Parachuting company may adjust the time according to booking. Please reserve 4 hours of timeslot time before and after the session. If you have flights or other activity scheduled, please be sure to reserve enough time
2. There is only one transfer service to Wollongong per day. The whole car will go together and return together. Please be sure to reserve one day and do not arrange other activity or flights departing before 20:00 on the same day.
3. The Parachuting company requires all participants to call the Australian phone number one day in advance (see the confirmation slip) to reconfirm the itinerary for the next day. If you have an Australian phone number, please update it to the customer service in time. The Parachuting company's working hours are 9-17 o'clock (Sydney time)
Reference itinerary:
Arrive at the Parachuting company to register for APF Parachuting membership (you can register online before departure).
Fill out the Parachuting form, measure your weight and receive simple Parachuting training.
The video will be played on site with Chinese/Mandarin subtitles, which is easy to understand.
After putting on safety equipment and undergoing a safety check, we boarded the small plane and took off.
After reaching the designated height, jump down with your instructor and experience 60 seconds of free activity.
After landing on the ground, receive the Parachuting certificate.

If you choose to pick up, Pick-up Time- 7:00 am

Pick up location: Ultimate Travel---Bus zone in front of 806 George St, Sydney . Please arrive at the Pick-up and drop-off location in advance within the required time.
*Passengers who choose to transfer will need to allow a full day as all Parachuting passengers must complete Parachuting before the bus returns. We will provide an estimated departure time when confirming your booking .

2. Book a Option with transfers. There is only one transfer in Wollongong a day. The whole car will go together and return together. Please be sure to reserve one day and do not arrange other activity or flights departing before 20:00 on the same day.
3. The Parachuting company requires all participants to reconfirm their trip one day in advance. Please call the Australian phone number 1300 663 634. If you have an Australian phone number, please update it to customer service in a timely manner. The Parachuting company's working hours are 9-17 o'clock (Sydney time)
1. If the passenger weighs more than 94 kg, you must notify us in writing before the Parachuting date. The following weight surcharge will be charged (payable on site): 94 kg – 104 kg = AUD 55.00; 105 kg – 114 kg = AUD 80.00; 115 kg and above = AUD 105.00. (Prices are subject to change without prior notice, please refer to the site)
2. Any pre-existing or existing medical conditions, injuries or illnesses must be notified to Parachuting Australia prior to the Parachuting date. We will also ask you when you check in and may require an assessment by our safety officer. If required, please bring a medical certificate from your doctor confirming that you can participate in the Parachuting. We are obliged to inform you that if you have cold or flu symptoms, sinus or ear balance problems on the day of the Parachuting, it may cause further health complications during or after the Parachuting. Please be aware.
3. Do not drink alcohol or use "recreational" drugs within 8 hours before the Parachuting. For the safety of all customers and employees, SA reserves the right to refuse participation to customers suspected of being drunk or having impaired judgment, and no refund will be given.
4. You cannot participate in deep sea scuba diving within 24 hours before Parachuting . You cannot smoke 8 hours before Parachuting.
5. For the safety of all passengers and in accordance with Parachuting regulations, all electronic devices, including personal cameras and video equipment, are not permitted at any time on the aircraft or during the Parachuting. SA is not responsible for any personal items lost during the Parachuting, including glasses or clothing.
6. Parachuting is affected by weather and is subject to cancellation. Please call 24 hours in advance to confirm whether you can go; but please understand that you may still arrive at the parachute site and be told that you cannot complete the Parachuting activity due to weather reasons.
7. People who have undergone various surgeries or have prostheses in their bodies are not recommended to participate in Parachuting. If you have any questions, please consult professional medical staff for advice.
8. We recommend wearing loose, casual clothing such as sportswear, jeans or sweatpants. You must wear fully enclosed shoes such as running shoes or sneakers. Hiking shoes and high heels are not suitable. If the weather is cold, make sure you bring your own cardigan/sweater and long pants. If you Parachuting in the cold months, we recommend that you wear gloves and very warm clothing as it can get very cold at 15,000 feet!
9. Can I wear dentures? We recommend that you remove all loose items, including dentures or braces, before Parachuting. If you have any questions, please ask our friendly staff at check-in.
10. Can I wear glasses or contact lenses while Parachuting? Yes! We have goggles that fit your glasses/contact lenses so you can enjoy the epic views. However, if you wear contact lenses, please inform your instructor.
11. What if it's windy or rainy on the day of Parachuting? Don't worry - if the weather isn't favorable on the day of your trip, we'll reschedule you to another date that suits you! We conduct weather assessments every day and will notify you on the same day if we need to cancel or postpone. If for some reason we need to cancel or postpone, you can reschedule to another day within 12 months. If you are unable to reschedule because you are leaving your state or country, a refund can be arranged.
12. The number of people we can carry on one aircraft may vary, depending on the location you choose and the facilities available, and we can accommodate 5-9 tandem Parachuting groups on one aircraft. This cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the availability of instructors, however, we will do our best to get your group to jump together.
