EZ-Link Card Singapore [Airport Pickup]

The EZ-Link card, issued by EZ-Link Pte Ltd, was the first contactless stored-value card launched in April 2002 for use on MRT, LRT, and buses. Due to its contactless feature, the card completes all transactions in just 0.2 seconds, making public transportation faster and smoother. The new EZ-Link card, compliant with CEPAS, was the first CEPAS card introduced in Singapore in 2008, and to this day, it remains the top choice for contactless prepaid card payments in Singapore. Today, the EZ-Link card has become synonymous with convenient, fast, accurate, and secure cashless transactions. Almost every Singaporean carries at least one EZ-Link card in their wallet, not only for transportation payments but also for various lifestyle payment needs, such as ERP charges, retail shopping, Food and Beverages, government services, and more.

Note: Please present your purchase voucher at the Changi Recommends counter at Singapore Changi Airport on the day of use to collect your EZ-Link card.

Terminal 2 - Level 1 Arrivals Hall (Public Area)

Counter and business hours:

• T2A: 24 hours

Terminal 3 - Arrivals hall, Level 1 (public area)

Counter and business hours:

• T3A: 24 hrs

Terminal 4 - Arrivals Hall, Level 1 (Public Area)

Counter and business hours:

• T4: 24 hours

• T4A: 7:00 AM–10:00 PM (Singapore Time, GMT+8)

Important notes:

1. This card can only be redeemed at the Changi Recommends counter at Singapore Changi Airport.

2. You can top up at the ticket machines in SMRT and bus interchange stations.

3. The card is denominated in SGD and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. If the selected counter has no inventory or cannot process the exchange, please follow staff instructions to proceed to an available counter for redemption.
