Age Requirement: 4 years old and above will require a ticket. Child below 4 years old does not require a ticket if accompanied by a paying guest.

The Great World Carnival Admission Policy

• Ticket is valid for one (1) person only
• Ticket is non-transferable
• Ticket is not for sale or exchange
• Ticket is non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather
• Ticket is void if altered
• Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted
• Rides are subjected to height and weight requirements and limits vary between rides
• Ticket is not valid during special events
• Ticket is not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved in writing by The Show Master
• Upon leaving The Great World Carnival premise, re-entry is not allowed. Re-entry will require a new purchase of an admission ticket.
• Bag check will be conducted on all personal and/or hand-carry baggage for safety & security purposes 
• Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice, guest may visit http://www.the-showmaster.com for updates prior to the visit
• Only programmes and/or services authorised by The Show Master are permitted in The Great Bay Fiesta presented by Trip.com
• The Show Master reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice
• Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing by The Show Master. The Show Master reserves the right to invalidate tickets/vouchers in connection with any fraudulent/unauthorised resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.
• Tickets/Vouchers only allow for a one (1) time use only. If it is determined by The Show Master that there are multiple copies/usages of the ticket, usage of the ticket will be denied. In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made based on our electronic record.

The Great Food Fiesta

• No admission charges are required for entry into The Great Food Fiesta premise

Uncle Ringo Credits/Cards

• Carnival credits can only be redeemed/reload at the premise of The Great World Carnival
• Cards/Credits are valid for Uncle Ringo Carnivals only unless stated otherwise
• Cards/Credits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash
• Redemption points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Any unused gameplay credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Uncle Ringo is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards
• There is no expiration on the value of the cards/credits, any future value that is added to the card
• The use of the cards/credits is subject to additional rules and regulations which may change from time to time without prior notice
• Uncle Ringo reserves the right to vary or amend their terms and conditions without prior notice
