Plaza Premium Lounge
Plaza Premium Lounge is the only independent pay-in lounge in the Departures area of Terminal 1. Our 7,000-square-foot lounge is designed in a warm earth tone, providing convenience, comfort and value to all travellers. As part of the award-winning Plaza Premium Lounge network, we invite travellers to savour sumptuous selections of food including signature Singapore Laksa and classic Singapore Chicken Rice, and enjoy complimentary hot and chilled beverages.
Our lounge also offers three private resting suites (not available with this product), six shower rooms with amenities (one of which is wheelchair-friendly), two VIP rooms, comfortable seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging stations, flight information and TV channels.
Plaza Premium Lounge Singapore has been certified by SG Clean quality mark for its commitment in sanitation and hygiene standards towards safeguarding public health.
While we are open to serve you, your health and wellbeing is of paramount importance. Guided by our “We Care for Your Wellbeing” campaign, in-lounge meal service is modified for you to choose pre-portioned dishes on a food ordering system through scanning of QR code at your convenience. Additionally, all areas and dining tables are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected immediately after each use.'

- Children aged 0-1 are free of charge, as long as they are travelling with a paying adult

- Each voucher is valid for single use only and cannot be used for multiple entries.
- Check-in and baggage drop-off usually begin approximately 2 hours before the flight departure. Prior to booking this service, please confirm the check-in time for your flight.
- Shower facilities need to be reserved at the on-site counter and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to make a reservation, please inform the counter staff during the redemption process. Private showers and private resting rooms may incur additional charges.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed in the VIP lounge.
- Outside food is not permitted in the VIP lounge.
- Please note that the VIP lounge is located in the restricted area of the airport. Passengers using the VIP lounge must have a valid boarding pass and passport. Transit passengers must hold a boarding pass as well.
- If the lounge is crowded, there may be a queue and access may be limited. Please be patient in such situations.
- Airline counters generally open at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. The specific arrangements may vary depending on the airport and airline. Please check with the airport and airline for their specific arrangements before selecting the duration of your stay.
