The service was excellent. They added us on WeChat beforehand and sent us the entire itinerary for the day. The itinerary was well-planned, and we left for the attractions at 8 am, encountering virtually no crowds along the way. Our private guide, Ms. Liang, arrived on time in the morning. She was very familiar with the routes, drove extremely smoothly, and provided detailed explanations of the attractions. She also chatted about local customs and culture along the way, which was very interesting. She even took a group photo with us.

I spontaneously decided to travel to Seattle for a day on December 31st. My guide, Lewis, was very kind and introduced me to many things about Vancouver and Seattle. I had a great time exploring the sights in Seattle and thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip.

Awesome trip and our tour guide John made it that much better. I did notice other tours providing snow shoes which would have been a nice addition even if the fee is increased but nonetheless we still got over 10k steps while enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. Would highly recommend!!
