It was a great experience! The captain and guides were very knowledgeable and fun to be with. We got to see Orca’s and Humpback whales as well as sea lions and seals. Great afternoon!!

Great food tour! Erik was an excellent guide who told great stories about Victoria and also knew all about the food we ate. The stops all featured delicious food and it was a good mix of savory and sweet. The portions were large so come hungry!

This was a great experience for our family. We loved the emphasis on conservation and sharing knowledge about the whales. And I really appreciated that you had someone on board taking pictures with a really good camera to supplement the pictures I tried to capture with my phone. Kudos to the entire staff aboard the Salish Sea Eclipse! Francois and Sandy kept things steady onboard and Reid, Maddie, and Jamie were such knowledgeable guides. Would definitely recommend this trip for others!

The whale watching tour with Captain Richard's crew, First Mate Samdy, and naturalists Reid and Michael was an absolutely unique experience. A 10/10 experience and one of the highlights of our vacation. We were lucky enough to see an orca family with a baby orca, sea lions, and a humpback whale. The fact that the weather cooperated was the icing on the cake. On top of that, Reid shared lots of fun facts about the whales, and the photos Michael took reached us the same day. Having the photos included meant we could focus entirely on the experience without having to worry about taking pictures ourselves. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have picked a better company to see whales with. Captain Gary handled the zodiac expertly and gave us a smooth ride out to the whales and back. Our first encounter was with a couple of family packs of Orcas. There were a few bulls on the periphery but the cows with calves were the main group we encountered. They were very active near the surface and we got to see alot of them. Our next encounter was with a group of what must have been seven to eleven Humpback whales. They were all around us at one point and one even swam right under our boat. We saw a Bald Eagle, sea lions, a variety of seals, and even a sea otter. I will be coming back and touring with this company again. 10/10 highly recommend.


