Important notes before booking:
1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our platform. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, the details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the itinerary arrangements, cost details, cancellation/change policies, and other terms.
2. Once registration is successfully completed, no cancellation or change requests will be accepted within 48 hrs before departure. For requests made within the allowed cancellation period, a processing fee of 100 CNY per person will be deducted.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

5. If you choose the option without an admission ticket, you can purchase the admission ticket directly at the archaeological site.
6. Child fare applies to ages 4-12. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Free for infants aged 1-3. Passport required for travelers aged 65 and above on the day of travel.
7. From February 27 to March 31, the tour departs at 4:00 PM; from April 1 to October 31, the tour departs at 3:00 PM.

Not included: Admission ticket to the Temple of Poseidon, hotel transfers, personal expenses, meals, gratuities, or any items not mentioned.
Itinerary Overview:
Depart from Athens for a half-day tour to Cape Sounion, exploring the Sounion archaeological site and the iconic Temple of Poseidon. Drive along the scenic coastal road, passing through some of Athens' most picturesque suburbs including Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Saronic Gulf as you travel to the southernmost tip of Attica.
Before arriving at the archaeological site, listen to the guide by professional archaeologists to learn about the myths and legends related to the temple. Cape Sounion is located approx. 70 km (43 miles) southeast of Athens. The itinerary usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on transportation conditions and the chosen route.
Upon arrival at Cape Sounion, you'll be amazed by the towering cliffs and panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and nearby islands. Enter the archaeological site to explore the magnificent 5th-century BC Temple of Poseidon, dedicated to the powerful sea god. You can leisurely stroll among the well-preserved stone columns, feeling the immense power and influence of ancient Athens.
You will have approx. 1 hour to explore this historic landmark and enjoy the breathtaking coastal scenery.
