The service was excellent. After booking, we set up a WeChat group for communication. Our flight to Luxor was delayed the day we arrived, so we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and get a room number, but we ended up checking in in the wee hours. They even waited for us until we checked in and got our room number. I really don't think it's worth using an agent just to save money. Not only is the communication cost high, but it's also insecure. After spending a lot of money on a trip, it's better to prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience.Trip.com Picks
