Details: For those that don’t know, mole isn’t a short form of guacamole but is instead something completely different. A rich, dark sauce, infused with spices, nuts chilli and chocolate (to name a few of the 20 something ingredients) and widely used in Mexican cuisine. Your host Carla will be showing you the very best way to use mole in traditional Mexican dishes, before joining you for lunch trying out the sauces you’ve just created.
