Reviews: Japan Bus Ticket Tokyo to Mt. Fuji Station Kawaguchiko Fujikyu Round Trip Bus Ticket
Guest User2025-12-04
Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip there and back. But I think I'll add some important information below, as the description of this event was a bit confusing to me. As I understand it, this is a separate carrier that also departs from bus stations (yes, stations have bus departure zones with separate exits and schedules). When booking, as stated, even if you selected a time and date, they might not be available. Our date was already inconvenient. But they offered to change it to another day, which we did. They responded quickly, but perhaps because of the translator, it was sometimes difficult to understand what was meant. I wouldn't say they were as friendly as we're used to. But I think we figured it out. Tickets are emailed separately with the changed date and time after you've confirmed it with support.

Reviews: Nagoya Airport to City Train Ticket [Chubu Centrair International Airport to Nagoya Station]

I recently went to Nagoya alone, and while I didn't really need this, it's cheaper than buying a regular ticket.
Just scan the QR code on the app voucher and enter. It's super easy!
I took the MuSky and reserved a separate seat for that train. (I made the reservation while waiting in line at immigration after getting off the plane.)

Reviews: Experience Japanese calligraphy & tea ceremony at a traditional house in Nagoya
Guest User2025-02-14
This was a very authentic, intimate, and educational experience.
We’ve been to Japan a few times already and the calligraphy and tea ceremony gave us a unique peek into Japanese culture that we’ve never had before. It was specially fun to learn the basics of calligraphy which is apparently a lot harder than you might imagine.
The charming venue was the host’s (Yuzo) own house (over 100 years old) and he shared his own memories of growing up in a traditional home. They also had personal items like a traditional Buddhist altar and Japanese kimono which they showcased to further add to the experience.
The hosts (Yuzo and Kumiko) spoke very good English, were very hospitable and warm. They were even gracious enough to arrange for our taxi pick up.
Will definitely recommend this for anyone going to Nagoya!
