Details: The cooking class will be held in the riad: MONRIAD.
We are in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech, near the main square and close to Bahia Palace..
Upon arrival our chefs will be greeted with a tasty and aromatic Moroccan mint tea.
We will prepare the shopping list with our chef Aicha and then will jump into the traditional old market (souk) to buy some ingredients. A small tour, walking through aromas of spices and local traditions.
Back to the riad we will start to prepare the moroccan menù with with support, explanation and advice of Aicha
Usually the home made lunch/dinner will be serve on the terrace with an amazing view on the old city or in the courtyard of the riad.
Less than 1 week from the cooking lesson the chef will receive the recipes by mail.
