Master Yang's service is very meticulous. It has been raining lightly in the morning when I toured the Blue Moon Valley, but the scenery is pleasant. When I didn't think about it, it started to rain heavily. The pants were wet and cold. We were worried about the cold and asked to cancel the afternoon trip. Master Yang also fought for us to return the ropeway fee. Must like 👍

The eight of us, who had planned a backpacking trip, only had one day to spare in Dali. We planned to take a train from Kunming the night before, do a day tour, and then return to Lijiang the next morning. We initially considered taking a taxi or bus, but decided that a private charter tour, while a bit more expensive, would be more cost-effective. The charter driver was attentive, using his smartphone to translate and always parking close to our destination. Thanks to him, we had a comfortable one-day tour. About 100 meters from the entrance to Heungnang Ancient Town, across from a public restroom, there was a coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and very affordable price. They grinded coffee beans on the spot and made Americano for 5 yuan. Maxim Coffee was 5 yuan elsewhere. Shuanglang Ancient Town wasn't that great. The S-shaped riverside road was a great photo opportunity. Chongqing Temple with its three pagodas was also nice.


