2. Regulations regarding carry-on baggage:

1) Placing luggage in the aisle will inconvenience other passengers and hinder emergency evacuation. Please store your luggage in the bus's luggage compartment or on the luggage rack inside the bus. Large items such as carry-on bags or suitcases should be stored in the luggage compartment under the bus. Please contact the conductor if you wish to store your luggage.

2) Cash, precious metals, gemstones, securities, art antiques, musical instruments, and other valuables, as well as luggage that is easily damaged by shock, such as laptops, watches, cameras, and glassware, must not be stored in the vehicle's trunk. We recommend that you carry these items with you and manage them yourself. Our company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of luggage. Please note.

Important information before purchasing tickets (please be sure to read this)

1. Since there are many bus routes in Japan, if you have a specific time and route in mind, please communicate with customer service in the Ctrip chat window before purchasing. If you do not communicate in advance, we will randomly arrange the ticket within your selected time slot (this does not mean you can randomly ride within that time slot).

2. If the flight you purchased is sold out and there are no seats available, our customer service staff will contact you using the contact information you provided to discuss changing the flight.

3. Bus tickets do not support reserved seats. All seats are randomly assigned. Customer service will try to arrange adjacent seats if possible.

4. Once the order is confirmed, tickets can be refunded at least before 10:00 AM (Japan time) the day before departure, with a refund fee of 50% of the order amount. Tickets cannot be refunded after 10:00 AM the day before departure.

5. The stops listed in the timetable are the main stops. Different bus companies may have other stops along the way for passengers to pick up and drop off. Please refer to the bus company's arrangements for details.

6. The travel time in the timetable is estimated by the bus company based on the distance and is for reference only. As the bus travels on highways (including expressways), it may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as road conditions, weather, and traffic volume. If you have important plans for the rest of the day, please allow sufficient time or choose other means of transportation.

7. Due to natural disasters, road congestion, or other reasons, the bus company may suspend scheduled services for safety reasons. If the bus company suspends services, the ticket will be fully refunded, and no other compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding!

8. Once an order is issued, the number of passengers cannot be increased or decreased. For example, if an order is for 3 people and 1 person cancels at the last minute, the order for all 3 people must be cancelled, and there will be a cancellation fee for all 3 people.

9. Tickets are valid for the specified date and bus. After ticketing, you must board the bus at the station and time specified on the ticket. You will not be able to board other buses. If you are late or do not arrive, your ticket will be forfeited and you will need to buy a new ticket. It is strongly recommended that you arrive at the bus station 20-30 minutes in advance. Please do not board at the last minute, as the bus may stop checking tickets a few minutes early.

9. The return journey may be delayed depending on road conditions. In the event of a delay, the bus company will not be able to refund or change the ticket. You will need to wait patiently for the bus at the boarding stop. No monetary compensation will be provided for late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.
