How to use

You'll receive a booking confirmation email from Trip.com after your booking is successful

The driver will not contact you in advance, so please refer to the booking confirmation email for the meeting time and place

On the tour day, please wait at the hotel meeting point before meeting time (we recommend arriving 10 mins early) and present your name and confirmation email to the tour staff

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 06:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

If the vehicle does not arrive within 10 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number on your booking confirmation. Staff will coordinate transportation for you as soon as possible

Please make sure that you meet at the designated pick-up point on time

If your circumstances prevent you from participating in the tour, you must bear the loss accordingly

Please note that Hanauma Bay will be closed between Sep 30 - Oct 6 because of road conditions
