It is an outstanding landscape. The bay of Sarakiniko will also be visited where the initial feeling upon arrival is that of “landing on the moon”. The dramatic lunar-like landscape is as a result of pumice stone or compacted volcanic ash. The group will have the opportunity to wander around and explore the interesting landscape at Sarakiniko and take photographs that will forever be imprinted in their minds. The tour is completed with a visit to the Mining Museum of Milos, which is located near Adamas. It is here that the history of the island's landscape is captured in a snapshot.
