- Please present either a printed or a mobile voucher, and exchange it for a physical pass at any of the following Big Bus Tours Information Centres:
- 1. Big Bus Tours Customer Service Information Center (Central Store): Shop i2, 1st Floor, Star Ferry Pier, 7 Central (Service time: every Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 18:00)
- 2. The Peninsula Hotel: At the entrance of the Office Building of The Peninsula Hotel, 18 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (look for Bigbus red staff on the middle road of the back door of the Peninsula Hotel) (Service hours: every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and 30 minutes before the departure of the night tour)
- Please find the BigBus staff in red when redeeming tickets
- You may also be asked for proof of identity, so please bring along a valid photo ID during redemption
- Detailed package, scheduling, and map will be provided when you exchange your voucher for a physical pass at the Big Bus Tours Information Centre

Important Information
Please note: For the Peak Tram and Star Ferry, the child ticket is for children aged 3-11. Children aged 3-4 will be able to travel on the bus and sampan for free but will need to pay the child fare for these two attractions

If you selected Peak Tram Sky Pass from the Premier/Deluxe Package/Single Route Ticket + Peak Tram Sky Pass (Roundtrip)/Classic Tour, simply show the peak tram the ticket you collected from the Big Bus Staff to the Big Bus Ticket Counter (between 09:30-19:00) at the Peak Tram Lower Terminus, and you'll be given a ticket to access special fast track channel
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a tropical cyclone warning or black rainstorm warning signal of 8 or above, BigBus will make the following special arrangements: 09:00-13:00 - All morning services will be suspended until further notice. Whether the service in the afternoon returns to normal depends on the weather conditions at 13:00. Change to a lower signal before 12:59: Service will return to normal 2 hours after the warning/signal is lowered, depending on road conditions. Still continuing at 13:00 - All afternoon services including night tours will be suspended
