Roberta was fantastic, informative and friendly. She was very knowledgeable of the region's culinary history and traditions. We found some amazing places along the way: drinking wine, eating local meats, enjoying 2 kinds of pasta, and of course, the best gelato to end the tour. We had a wonderful time with Maurizio. He was a very knowledgeable tour guide as we walked through the Bologna markets and back to his beautiful home. He was an excellent teacher and we really learned so much. The meal we prepared together was delicious and we will be making it again at home. We highly recommend Maurizio and this lovely experience.


