- If you don't find your chauffeur or see a greeting sign with your name please contact us on +44 7958 760544.
- The chauffeur will wait 60 MINUTES after landing time, meaning that he/she will wait until all the luggage is off the luggage belt.

- - Lost luggage
- - Problems at customs
- If you don't show up after the flight has been cleared, and you DID NOT notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the service will be fully charged.
- ## FLIGHT CHANGE - FLIGHT CANCELLED ##
- We will only reschedule your service free of charge in the case you have missed your connecting flight, and this must be proof by the airline, but only if you notify us on time. We always monitor all the incoming flights, so we are updated with any delays or early arrivals. In the case of a cancelled flight, your service will be automatically cancelled, free of charge.
