Mandy gave us a day trip around downtown Los Angeles. ☺️ I was initially hesitant about booking a private car service through Ctrip, but after spending the whole day with Mandy, all my worries disappeared. 🥺🙂😍 She's not only beautiful and kind-hearted, but also professional, meticulous, and responsible, always putting the needs of her guests first, making us feel like friends and at home. The itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, efficient and fulfilling without feeling rushed, resulting in a fantastic overall experience. 😘👌 The entire trip was clearly and thoughtfully planned, giving me peace of mind throughout. Excellent guide. It was a shame that other visitors who hadn't paid for the tours regularly joined our small group. The guide didn't alert them to this and didn't even realize we'd paid a hefty fee. That made things unsettling.★

My sister and I really enjoyed our ExperienceFirst walking tour to the Griffith Observatory with Paul. The hike up through Griffith Park offered several panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline and the Hollywood sign and we were able to take lots of great photos. Half way up, Paul took us onto a quiet Los Feliz residential street, where we strolled past several lovely homes and gardens, including Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis house. Paul was a fabulous guide and his engaging and informative tour was a great start to our LA vacation. We would highly recommend it!
