If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.

This product cannot be canceled after activation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

This product is not available for travelers aged 7 or under.

This product is not available for the following traveller types: Wheelchair users, Individuals prone to motion sickness, Individuals with visual or auditory

Purchase confirmation from Trip.com/Ctrip.com does not infer a booking; participants must email or call Flight Experience with the booking confirmation provided by Trip.com/Ctrip.com to book their Exp
Walk-ins are subject to availability. Advance bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
Flight booking must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
No cancellation or change will be permitted within 24 hours of the booked time for the Flight Experience. In this situation, your booking will be forfeited.
No shows for a confirmed appointment, and you have not changed the booking at least 24 hours prior to the Flight Experience, your booking will be considered flown and re-booking will not be allowed
A pre-flight briefing is included within the stated duration of the flight package.
