Globally accepted at airports, e-card for convenient use, valid at 1800+ locations worldwide. Simply present the card for entry, no airline or cabin class restrictions. Most VIP lounges offer charging facilities and free Wi-Fi to help you make the most of your time. Some lounges also provide business meeting rooms (subject to lounge availability).

Important notice: The period from 23:30 to 7:30 Beijing time is considered nighttime when customer support is offline. Processing resumes uniformly at 8:00 Beijing time, and no one will process bookings or issue account credentials during nighttime. If you place a booking during this period and require immediate use, please proceed with caution to avoid travel disruptions.

Some VIP lounges offer complimentary snacks, drinks and meals, while others provide services such as showers. Most lounges allow a maximum stay of 2-3 hours per visit (services vary by airport and are subject to the specific lounge's offerings).

How to use

Your exclusive account credentials will be sent immediately after booking (for 1-visit, 2-visit and 3-visit passes, credentials will be sent within 24 hours before travel; for bookings made between 23:30 and 7:30 Beijing time, credentials will be sent starting at 7:30). Sign in and link your account to start using. You can search for "prioritypass" in the app store to download (or download from the official website). Official website: https://www.prioritypass.com

Upon arrival at the airport lounge, simply open the corresponding app to swipe your card for verification or present your account info at the service counter for easy access to the lounge.

Boarding pass for the day: required (verify name + flight date, flight number needed).

ID verification (random check): Passport/ID card (name must match the PP card and boarding pass).

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

Important note

The PP card requires real-name verification and cannot be modified, transferred, or refunded after activation.

The transaction is completed upon delivery of the e-card. No physical card will be mailed. The account will be activated by default when the login credentials are sent.

The restaurant allowance is subject to the actual rules of local partner merchants, and the benefits update is based on the official information from Priority Pass.

Please do not publicly review the VIP lounge in the app.

If the card cannot be used due to our reasons within one year from the date of issuance, it can be reissued for free.

There are over 1,800 VIP lounges worldwide with varying services. If you encounter poor service at any lounge, please understand that this is not caused by our PP card processing service and is beyond our control. We only provide agency services! Please be aware.
