3. Due to significant variations in individual requests, please contact customer support to confirm your request and obtain a specific quote before placing a booking. Self-service silent bookings are invalid.
4. Services between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM local time are considered nighttime services and will incur a nighttime service fee.
5. Due to market and exchange rate fluctuations, the quoted price is only valid on the day of offer.
Service notice:
1. Airport transfer and private charter services are one-time, end-to-end services. Mid-service interruptions or reuse are strictly prohibited. The service must be completed in one session.
2. Duration and overtime fee: The basic service duration is 10 hr. Any overtime must be paid on-site, with the fee calculated based on the actual scenario of the day and the real-time exchange rate.
3. Cost coverage: During the service, you are not required to cover staff lunch fees, fuel costs, parking fees, or highway service fees.
4. Additional fees: Staff-booked attraction admission tickets or restaurant reservations, service duration extensions, and overtime fees must be settled on-site with the corresponding staff.
5. Timing standard: Working hours are calculated from the agreed pick-up time. Transportation accompaniment, meal accompaniment, and all time spent on business trips will be counted as service duration.
6. Pricing rules: Daily service will be charged at the standard 8–10 hr rate regardless of actual usage duration.
