2. During holidays, major events or important exhibitions, prices may fluctuate due to increased demand. For specific price adjustments, please contact customer support.
3. Due to significant variations in individual requests, please consult with the customer to confirm requirements and obtain specific pricing before placing a booking. Self-service silent bookings are invalid.
4. Nighttime service hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM local time, during which a nighttime service fee applies.
Due to market and exchange rate fluctuations, the quoted price is only valid on the day of issuance.
Service notice:
1. Airport transfer and private charter services are one-time comprehensive services. It is strictly prohibited to interrupt midway or reuse them for a second time. The entire service process must be completed in one go.
2. Duration and overtime fee: The basic service duration is 10 hr. Any overtime will require on-site payment of an overtime fee, which will be calculated based on the actual scenario and real-time exchange rate of the day.
3. Cost coverage: During service period, no need to bear staff lunch fees, fuel costs, parking fees or highway service fees.
4. Additional fees: Staff assistance for attraction admission ticket booking or restaurant reservation, service duration overtime, and overtime fees must be settled on-site with the corresponding staff.
5. Timing standard: Working hours are calculated from the time the client boards the vehicle at the agreed time; Transportation accompaniment, meal accompaniment, and all time spent on business trips will be counted as service.
6. Pricing rules: Daily service will be charged at the standard 8-10 hr rate regardless of actual usage duration.
