1. Airport pick-up bookings are based on flight arrival time, with a free waiting period of 90 min.
Overtime charge standard: JPY 5,000/60 min. Overtime waiting fee is charged in 60-min increments (any duration less than 60 min will be rounded up to 60 min).
The airport drop-off service is based on the driver's arrival time at the destination, with a free waiting period of 30 min. Overtime charges: 5,000 JPY per 60 min. Overtime waiting fees are charged in 60-min increments (rounded up to the nearest 60 min).
2. Communicate the flight information (including flight number, estimated arrival time, and terminal) in advance to avoid timing discrepancies for airport pick-up/drop-off services.
3. If there are children under 10 years old in your party who require child safety seats, please inform customer support in advance.

The standard meeting point is within the city area. If you request the service staff to meet at designated locations such as airports or stations, any additional transportation costs incurred will be your responsibility.
