Eligibility requirements
Age requirements: 6 to 60 years old
· Weight limit: Participation is not allowed for those weighing over 100 kg.
Pregnant women cannot participate.
Individuals with epilepsy, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, or ear/nose conditions are not permitted to participate.
Those who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the promotion day may be denied participation in this itinerary by the organizer.
If a participant is found ineligible on the day of the promotion, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation without issuing a refund.
Important notes before the promotion
Please arrive at the store 15 minutes before the experience time on the day
If the Blue Cave diving spot is inaccessible due to poor sea conditions, the diving location will be changed with no refund available. We appreciate your understanding.
When sea conditions are normal, the activity will proceed as scheduled even on rainy days. If travelers choose to cancel due to rain, rescheduling or refunds will not be available.
In case of force majeure factors such as typhoons or poor sea conditions, the organizer may cancel or reschedule the activity, and travelers will be notified via email.
Please wear your swimwear under regular clothes before gathering. Male participants should wear board shorts or surfing shorts before gathering.
· Please be sure to contact us before the event date if you feel unwell.
· Female participants may use tampons to join this itinerary during menstruation if they experience no physical discomfort ※ No free cancellations or changes can be requested due to menstruation
· Nearsighted individuals can prepare their own daily disposable contact lenses.

Important notes for the promotion day
Participants under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or above, and the guardian must sign the registration form.
Each dive guide can lead up to 8 participants
After snorkeling, you can shower and wash up at the shop.
If travelers cannot arrive at the meeting location on time, it will be considered as same-day cancellation with no refund.
Those who fail to follow staff instructions may be denied participation in this itinerary by the organizer.
· Guests can rent an underwater camera on-site at their own expense.
