Important notes

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance before participating in the itinerary.
• Free admission for infants aged 0–4, but please inform us when you book.
• For the day cruise, infant meals are not included and must be paid for directly at the resort.
• Nanyang cruise ship reserves the right to modify prices, impose fuel surcharges, cancel departures, arrange alternative transportation methods, and adjust itineraries and services when necessary.
• All itineraries are subject to changes due to sea conditions and weather, especially to ensure customer safety. In case of itinerary cancellation due to severe weather, our responsibility is limited to providing alternative arrangements or refunding an appropriate amount not exceeding the paid ticket price.
• Nanhai cruise shall not be held responsible if passengers miss their flight due to late arrival at the airline counter for any reason.
• During peak season, the island resort reserves the right to deny boarding to 1-day tour visitors.
• South Sea Cruises shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property, as well as claims arising from personal injury or death, while passengers are using its transportation, participating in any activity, or utilizing other company properties. This disclaimer applies regardless of the cause.
• The 1-day tour to Mana Island is operated by South Sea Cruises Pte Limited. Any reference to the Mana Island day tour or South Sea Cruises refers to South Sea Cruises Pte Limited.
• Mana Island Resort only accepts credit cards for additional charges and does not accept cash.
• Please note that the fare does not include the fuel surcharge. Adults will be charged FJD 10 per person and children FJD 5 per person. Please pay directly to the operator on the activity day.
• Passengers departing from Port Denarau will be required to pay the fuel surcharge during check-in and before receiving their boarding passes. Only passengers returning from island resorts will be required to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding and before returning to Port Denarau.
• Customers can pay the fuel surcharge via cash, international debit card or credit card. Please note that international cards will incur a 2.5% - 3% administration fee.
