[Atami sea fireworks]
One of the popular summer events in Atami, held since 1925, this festival attracts numerous tourists and local residents who gather annually on Atami's beaches, parks, or waterfront areas to enjoy brilliant fireworks and a joyful atmosphere on summer nights.
Number of fireworks: Approx. 5,000
The fireworks venue is surrounded by mountains, forming a basin shape. The sound of the fireworks echoes, creating a natural cinema sound effect that is incredibly impactful!
Hakone shrine
With a history spanning over 1,200 years, the serene torii gate stands on the water surface, also known as the Hakone shrine water torii. It's highly recommended for photography with excellent results!
