In the early morning, the driver will pick you up at the designated meeting point and then drive to China's first ancient temple and world-renowned Buddhist monastery—White Horse Temple. The temple is solemn and elegant, being the first officially built monastery after Buddhism was introduced to China, with incense offerings continuing unbroken for two thousand years. The complex also features Buddhist halls in Indian, Thai, and Burmese architectural styles, where exotic structures stand alongside ancient Central Plains temples, creating a unique scene of religious and cultural fusion.
In the afternoon, proceed to the first batch of national first-class museums—the Luoyang Museum.
